Day 1: Cairo to Bahariya Oasis & Deep Desert Camping

We start our premier White Desert and Dakhla Oasis Tour early in the morning, departing from your hotel in Cairo or Giza in a comfortable private air-conditioned car toward Bahariya Oasis. Upon arrival after a 5-hour drive, we enjoy a fresh local lunch before loading our luggage onto a rugged 4x4 Jeep to begin our off-road safari. We visit the dramatic volcanic Black Desert, followed by a stop at El-Hez Village to see the refreshing Cold Spring. Next, we explore the unique quartz formations at Crystal Mountain before driving deep off-road into the remote El Mattar area. Here, we set up our first wild desert camp, enjoy a fresh Bedouin dinner, and spend a peaceful night sleeping under the stars.

Day 2: Agabat Valley, Karaween Dunes & New White Desert

Wake up to a breathtaking desert sunrise and enjoy breakfast at the camp. Today, our 4x4 adventure intensifies as we explore the towering chalk cliffs of the Agabat area and conquer the massive, rolling sand crests of the Karaween Dunes. We pause at the remote Magic Spring for a relaxing lunch and short rest. In the afternoon, we drive toward the surreal landscapes of the New White Desert inside the White Desert National Park. You will explore the famous wind-carved limestone rock formations, including the iconic Mushroom Rock. We pitch our tents in a scenic spot, gather around the campfire for dinner and tea, and spend our second night deep in the peaceful desert.

Day 3: Ancient Dakhla Oasis Exploration

Following a hearty camp breakfast, we drive out of the white dunes to meet the asphalt road, where our private air-conditioned vehicle will be waiting to transfer us to Dakhla Oasis. Upon arrival, we step back in time to explore the Roman-era Deir El-Hagar Temple, the ancient rock-cut El-Mozawaka Tombs, and the beautifully preserved, medieval mud-brick Islamic village of El-Qasr. After a traditional oasis lunch, we take an immersive walk through the narrow covered streets and historic courtrooms of El-Qasr. Transfer to our Dakhla hotel for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 4: Kharga Oasis & Hibis Temple Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and drive eastward toward Kharga Oasis, the easternmost oasis of the Western Desert. Our cultural and historical exploration features a guided visit to the fascinating Kharga Archaeological Museum and the remarkably preserved Hibis Temple, a rare and standing testament to Egypt's Persian era. After enjoying a traditional local lunch, we take a short walking tour through the vibrant local market of Kharga Oasis to shop for premium spices, dates, and authentic handmade crafts. Check into our Kharga hotel for a fresh dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Kharga Oasis to Luxor Drop-off

Enjoy your final oasis breakfast before checking out of the hotel.
